Priya Galla, Provisional Licensee
Priya joined SALC as a paralegal in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience as a family law attorney in Mumbai, India. Currently pursuing a Paralegal Certification at Portland Community College, Priya is eager to support SALC’s attorneys and clients with family law matters while deepening their understanding of Oregon's legal system. Outside of work, Priya enjoys long drives, shopping sprees, movie nights, and sharing great meals with their husband and friends.
Lisa Kensel, Development Director Communications/Marketing
Lisa joined SALC in 2018 as the Development Director, bringing extensive experience in nonprofit communications and fundraising. Passionate about building strong community connections, Lisa plays a pivotal role in advancing SALC’s mission. Outside of work, she enjoys embracing a healthy lifestyle, spending quality time with her children, volunteering, and non-profit board service, having served as President of the Oregon PTA (2022-2025).
Diana Mendoza, Legal Assistant
Since 2014, Diana has been a cornerstone of St. Andrew Legal Clinic, providing exceptional support to everyone who contacts our office. In addition to her role as a receptionist, she assists attorneys and legal assistants, ensuring seamless operations and client care. Outside of work, Diana embraces the beauty of the Pacific Northwest with her family, enjoying camping, fishing, and a variety of outdoor adventures.
Viviana Mendoza, Director of Operations
Viviana has been an integral member of SALC since 2009, beginning her career as a legal assistant and later managing the Washington County office with dedication. In 2021, she became the Operations Manager, continuing to oversee the clinic’s daily functions and ensure its success. In 2025, her role was retitled Director of Operations, reflecting her leadership and commitment to SALC. A proud native Oregonian, Viviana treasures her time outside of work supporting her children as they grow and thrive as young soccer athletes.
Lian Prost-Hughart, Legal Assistant
Lian joined SALC as a legal assistant in 2019 after years of dedicated volunteer work and graduating from Portland Community College’s paralegal program. Passionate about advocating for Spanish-speaking families, she excels at fostering strong collaboration between attorneys and clients. Outside of work, Lian enjoys exploring the stunning Pacific Northwest on hikes, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and spending quality time with her German Shepherd, Mowgli.
Ruban Sejas, Law Clerk
Before joining SALC as a Law Clerk in 2025, Ruben was a dedicated volunteer while attending Seattle University School of Law. Born in Bolivia and raised in Milwaukie, Ruben is passionate about advocating for Spanish-speaking families and supporting their access to justice. In their role, they assist attorneys in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client care. Ruben is honored to serve the people of Oregon. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with their three dogs, learning new languages, reading, and watching movies.
