Priya Gala, Paralegal
Priya joined SALC as a paralegal in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience as a family law attorney in Mumbai, India. Currently pursuing a Paralegal Certification at Portland Community College, Priya is eager to support SALC’s attorneys and clients with family law matters while deepening their understanding of Oregon's legal system. Outside of work, Priya enjoys long drives, shopping sprees, movie nights, and sharing great meals with their husband and friends.
Lisa Kensel, Development Director, Marketing & Communications
Lisa joined SALC in 2018 as the Development Director, bringing extensive experience in nonprofit communications and fundraising. Passionate about building strong community connections, Lisa plays a pivotal role in advancing SALC’s mission. Outside of work, she enjoys embracing a healthy lifestyle, spending quality time with her children, and serving as President of the Oregon PTA, where she advocates for education and family support across the state.
Diana Mendoza, Legal Assistant
Since 2014, Diana has been a cornerstone of St. Andrew Legal Clinic, providing exceptional support to everyone who contacts our office. In addition to her role as a receptionist, she assists attorneys and legal assistants, ensuring seamless operations and client care. Outside of work, Diana embraces the beauty of the Pacific Northwest with her family, enjoying camping, fishing, and a variety of outdoor adventures.
Viviana Mendoza, Operations Manager
Viviana has been a vital part of SALC since 2009, initially serving as a legal assistant and managing the Washington County office with exceptional skill and dedication. In 2021, she transitioned to the role of Operations Manager, where she continues to ensure the clinic’s success and efficiency. A proud native Oregonian, Viviana enjoys spending her free time nurturing her children’s growth as young athletes in the beautiful game of soccer.
Lian Prost-Hughart, Legal Assistant
Lian joined SALC as a legal assistant in 2019 after years of dedicated volunteer work and graduating from Portland Community College’s paralegal program. Passionate about advocating for Spanish-speaking families, she excels at fostering strong collaboration between attorneys and clients. Outside of work, Lian enjoys exploring the stunning Pacific Northwest on hikes, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and spending quality time with her German Shepherd, Mowgli.
